Drink milk...... lotsa, lotsa milk ;-) We should buy a cow for all the milk we drink around here. My wife found out about her problem after she fell & broke her wrist. This was her second fracture in less than 2 yrs. Her doctor decided that it was prudent to have her checked out. She was borderline per the test, but the doctor felt the 2 broken bones were enough to get her treated. We're both glad he did as she has seen a significant improvement. She's only in her mid-40's, so she could have degenerated quite a bit before it was discovered.
