Yes, but if domestic spending had been cut, the budget would have been balanced sooner. Besides, the accelerated defense spending won the Cold War, and therefore produced its own windfall in the 90s......

No i am not. Never once did the congress even consider a budget submitted by Reagan. 7 out of 8 times the congress passed a budget that was bigger than Reagans request.

Dead on arrival, was what the congress called the Reagan budget.
