B..

I personally think any ISP that gets involved in this way does so at their own peril...Unless they all collude and do the same thing.

I flip toons with friends and family all the time, and if anything, it's stimulates music sales. Not the other way around. So the music producers are blowing it, imo. I think eventually after much foot dragging, we'll see "legal" music downloads for sale and in the meantime, any ISP that would try to stop me from exchanging music will no longer get my business.

Morning Bo:
Comments on market
Most commentators and analysts are are still bullish on the big popular stocks so they are probably at a higher level than deserved which would limit future gains even if the market went up. They have to discuss these,
otherwise nobody would tune in to the programs
I am beginning to prefer lessor known stocks like those below.
ttp://www.marketwatch.com/news/yhoo/story.asp?source=blq/yhoo&siteid=yhoo&dist=yhoo&guid=%7BEFB585E6%2D2801%2D486A%2D8714%2D1356DD551936%7D
My recent best gains have been in smaller stocks like Gac.to,Trid,Tss, and Stem which are not so subject to
to continual cranking by analysts or news items.
I havent made money in Intc,Msft, orcl, csco in years.(G)
On individual issues.
Taro: I dumped most of this one yesterday after the split, for the reason they tend to drift down afterwards.
In this case. just one day before the split, they declared a secondary issue of 5.75mm shares to be sold by the officers, to collect money to pay the taxes on their options. So I think they ran the stock price up and also
declared the split solely to profit hugely from doing so. This situation smells so will just sit it out until
the market decides what the stock is now worth.
Ally is getting hammered, (unfairly, perhaps) by fallout from news items of casinos and hotels who have certain problems.
Am beginning to suspect there exists a crowd of market manipulators who seek out recent high gain stocks and take 'em on down regardless of company performance.
. Am not placing any bets on Qcom moving higher than 70
Regards
Sig
