<<It seems you are of the bull camp, it shows in your posts.>>

Ahhh, this reminds me of my first, ill-fated conversations with Larry. I asked for clarifications, and was therefore labeled as "opposite" whatever Larry was at that time (I don't remember if it was bull or bear). As I said then, and will repeat now, asking for facts to back up positions doesn't make one anything other than rational.

Larry and I eventually reached a peace, as I found the right questions and Larry found the right answers. And if it makes you feel better, I am very bearish on the SOXX until I see fundamentals improve. I wouldn't buy that sector with your money, let alone my own. But nonetheless, thank you for telling me how I view the markets.

I wish you good luck, though I guess you don't need it, since you know exactly where the market's going. I hope one day to have that same clarity.

westpacific....its posts like yours that just nullify any sort of reasoning you might have on the market and any forwarding opinions you form. Believe me... traders are just laughing at you and that <<Good luck to you then, you really need it, us bears do not as we know were this market is headed.>> crap. Bottom line is you don't know where the market is going. Its just "investors" like you who get creamed in a market that is so unpredictable. One can't be so dogmatic either way without getting their heads handed to them.

<<The S&P is a forward number and it came out of one of a dozen newsletters that I have subscriptions to>>

LOL...I might suggest you stop spending your money on useless newsletter writers who peddle their self serving garbage to "investors" like you and start learning technical analysis and doing research on your own. It can save you. Not saying I'm either bull or bear because I'm just a trader and hopefully can trade the trend correctly. But arrogance is a major flaw in the stock market.
