I am also a vegetarian and I highly recommend a product called "The Ultimate Meal". Two spoonfuls in a blender with an apple and banana and some fresh water. Contains all the vitamins, flaxseed, etc. you need. Has changed my life (along with plenty of exercise). Check out their website: ultimatelife.com No, it is not a publicly traded company. I also blame the fast food establishments for "super-sizing" every damn thing - encouraging the very young, already obese children to load up on xtra fries and soda. Nick
