Thank you for that clarification. So there is STILL the need for me to produce the documentation I know to be in existance which speak to what is bullion and what isn't in the coinage reporting system acc'd to IRS and the reporting requirements maximum and their time-frames where we continue to amicably disagree.. My next trip to Portland when I can see the whites of their eyes, I'll see what I can do to get the possessors of said documentation to at least let me photocopy it and bring back out here with me.
