Gottfried, <That tells me something.> It may have some meaning to you that it doesn't for me.<gg> I tell you what though - my first impression was that for a company with MSFT's head count, hiring 4K people may not even be enough to satisfy the normal replacement rate to maintain a work force at the present level due to retirements, resignations, etc. It wouldn't seem to be the sign of a growing organization.
