Bill, I don't think WHUMPING the market is what will do it. We are half way into a recession if past recessions are any guide. Gross private domestic investment has only decreased 6.7% from its high. Unfortunately in a normal recession it would have only decreased about half that amount at a corresponding time. That essentially means we have another year to go before gross private domestic investment bottoms in the -15% to -17% range. When the market realizes this it will NOT be mega bullish. Skeet
