HOV: The industry has held up well due to new home and second time home buying. The entire construction sector has had some pretty stellar gains, many making 52 week highs. Unfortunately, those that were buying in the mid single digits are now taking their profits from the sector.

All of the home builders are showing weakness due to valuation. HOV, while still trading at a very low PE, is falling victim to the sector rotation.

The chart is showing that weakness in the RSI, in that the RSI is below the 50 line as the stock hits its head on the 10dEMA. That 10dEMA is in a strong downslope heading for the 200dMA and below the 50dMA. The stock needs to find some support at the 200dMA and then repair the damage done to the 10 and 50day averages.

I totally agree with you on the fundamentals of the stock. Book of 12.00, cash, sales, ROE and ROA are all very good. Profit margins could not be better. Certainly a Sergio stock!!

Here is a good one for you...Sergio's DWYR took out resistance of 3.00 on 3x normal volume. I've been watching for just that event. The buying was strong Fri. and I saw only one bid trade go thru. Sooooooooo. I put in an order for 2k shares at 3.10 at the ask....they fill 100 shares and jump the ask to 3.11, there is a trade at 3.11 for 500 shares and the ask jumps to 3.15. I'm chasing the bid for 1900 shares and they will not fill. Had to leave for the day so left the bid in at 3.14...I now own a whopping 100 shares of DWYR!!!!!!!!!! LOL Now the question is do I chase the ask on Mon? or lowball the bid if it fills the gap at 3.08?
