i personally try for .10-.15/trade on 1k shares and try doing that at least 4-5 times/day. Easy to do on the nas with level ii, just have to play the slower boring stocks and stay away from the volatile heavily traded ones.

.trading execution has been 5 seconds to 1.5 minutes latest.traded 6K NT few times last week. I am also using TD ..E*trade and schwab for some trading. If you factor in Canada Stockwatch's feed delay (which can range anywhere from 5 seconds to 20 seconds behind my other feeds on any given day) and add it to your execution it sure makes for a compelling case , doesn't it Swami. Anyways, BS is not the way to garner respect. People can see right through it . Vitalsigns
