Sunflower seeds contain Omega 6 Fatty Acids.
We need more Omega 3 to balance the Omega 6/Omega 3 ratio.
In modern diet,this ratio is too high,~20/1.
It should be lower ,no consensus yet but a ratio of 4 or 5 looks OK.
Our paleolithic ancestors had a ratio of ~1(one).
I would not add more Omega 6 to my diet.
You can get Omega 3 from Flaxseed oil(get capsules),fishes such as salmon,anchovies,sardines,etc.
