WHY THEN, are we so hell-bent on failing to protect our society from the unqualified voter?

I'd say we are forced to live with the sins of the mistakes of those who lived before us.

The answer is not in restriction but in the aggressive push to educate and get participation of those who don't

Kenny: Explain, in some detail please, the type of test you would institute to allow a person to vote. (Also, would some people be exempt from your test, i.e., registered Republicans?)
