"The US Constitution guarantees citizens the right to support by the government." Would you care to quote the text that allows a TRUE response to that? For over 200 years we, your fellow citizens, somehow missed that. Oh, and I mean something that actually says it, not something that if you're absolutely determined to get that answer, you can get that answer out of. Say, "promote the general Welfare" doesn't count. That can and has been interpreted to mean anything from your interpretation to nothing at all.
