One hesitates to instruct a nose-picking moron, life being as short as it is. Liberal turnout, as they proved in 2000, consists of the nation's 30% to 33% actual liberals (some of whom went with Ralph), and a whole slew of human zombies who couldn't think their way out of the john with a map, much less tell the president from Mickey Mouse. Without them, you're back in the streets singing "Cumbaya". If that doesn't contribute to the general welfare, nothing does...
