Had to think about that for a few days. And prices changed in the meantime. MOGN was a good choice; I sold some puts. I like ABGX & ARNA now, and also NPSP. The latter was my choice at the time you asked this, and it is now no worse than tied with the former two as my "single" best idea. NPSP has pretty good leverage from the structure of its deals, IMO. Or at least flexibility. Oh yeah, then there's ONYX. That's now cheap, high risk, and high leverage. But I haven't done my research on it.

Even if you choose not to get any of those, I'd be interested in your selection/rejection rationale.
