Like many, including Judge Payne, I'm afraid you do not understand the rules of the patent process. It is permissible, and common, to amend existing patent applications to cover products from competitors made known to you during the pendency of the patent and which you believe are covered by your initial specification.

You may not understand the reasoning, but it is the law.

You may have a patent but you do not seem to have much knowledge of royalty rates on patents. You seem to be extending your limited experience with patents to the issue of royalties where you apparently have no experience.

Opinions are like assholes everyone has one.
