You can't come up a reasoned, viable argument against these proposals so you're going to retreat into nonsense "answers".

Would you explain, in small words and simple concepts for someone as obviously ignorant as I, why it is that you regard the idea of a simple test to assure a minimal knowledge of government, history, and economics as a requirement for voting as "elitist"?
