You forget depleted uranium that has to be disposed of. Plus the core has to be sealed after so many years.

I've been around nuke plants for 30 years, not working in them but talking to the builders and workers. It seems that the government caused the cost to skyrocket. Com Ed shut one down in Chicago because it would cost more to replace a core than it cost to build the whole plant.

Nuke, coal, I live around both. With 300 years worth of coal I'd like to see some of it used.
