PNSA.......CHANGE OF CONTROL.....followup.... On October 31, 2000 the arrangement with Oxford Capitol was rescinded by the shareholders. Danilo Cacciamatta took back over as sole director and manager. Stock was redistributed in 139,000 lots to: Cacciamatta, Suzanne Kerr, Templemore Partners, and "executives and directors"(1 person) who I would assume to be Cacciamatta. With their new acquisition and 26:1 split, Cacciamatta has resigned and the new CEO is Thomas F. DiMele.
