John-- The CEO of Putnam may be, and probably is, correct. Still, he is going to have a hard time convincing many to go 95% equitys at this time. Once the DOW sustains over 11K and the NAS over 2500 - 2700 we may see more believers. The only thing going to push the mkts up is EPS and some enthusiasm of the future during CCs. Back to Q2 of '02 IMO. The mkts should move in anticipation... Still,, one can do very well in this mkt by picking carefully, not being greedy, and not getting emotional with any issue. Of course it helps if one plays both long and short,,,,, Luck-- and lets hope that guy is correct..
