Are you willing to back Ish without limit, financially, emotionally, legally and whatever other ...ally you can think of in order for him to overcome a government bureaucracy with a voracious appetite for citizens to intimidate? Should he rent a van and do a Tim McVey? Or a Waco/Ruby Ridge last stand? The man has already lost a battle or two with them; what now, third time charm? So far, all you've given us is advice; you going to put up anything more than words?

Cheerleaders and instigators don't win games, players and coaches do. You don't send the center out on the field by himself with the ball and expect him to be the entire offensive team.

<<like Ish who let the government intimidate them and back down instead of fight.>>

Ok hot shot, what would you do? Figuring the shrinkage in storing being under 23 bushels meant they didn't have a high enough count but they only want $25 bucks back. If I don't send it to them they will freeze all my accounts and take the money. Because they were so threatening should I go punch the SOB in his face? That would get me a couple of years in a cage at Marion.

In '74 I received a notice that I owed another $50 or so to the IRS. I sent them the paper work and got a letter of ok. Same thing the next year going back to the original problem plus interest. Sent the paper work and got another all clear letter.

In '76 I got another letter, sent the paper work plus the two letters. In return I received a notice of Sheriff's sale of my house. I talked to a lawyer and the IRS would sell my house, take their, now $65 or whatever, pay off the bank, I had put down 60%, and give the rest to me. Then, if after paying a lawyer $thousands and winning I'd get my $65 back. Now I -

Paid the $65 and kept my house or

Became a maryter for FT's cause by shooting it out with the US Government over $65.
