I guess we will have to see if the relatively 'young' company of Southwest (30 years) dominates their niche specialty target market for another 30 years or not.

AirTran is attempting to do the same on the East Coast out of Atlanta but still have the reminder of their beginning to haunt them.
Their service out of the Carolinas to and from Atlanta is very satisfactory and from what I've heard, they're beginning to give Delta, primarily, an occasional jab in the pocketbook.
AirTran is, however, serving only a fraction of the area that Southwest is serving, but I feel sure there will be imitators trying to do the same in all regions of the country.

Bruce, my thought are with you and your family on your losses. It's very good to have you back.

Harry

Bruce

Have you had a chance to digest all of the points and counter points that have been presented in the BEAS discussions. I've finally read through the HUNT report a couple of times and the replies at least one time. Still trying to weed through the technical information. Based upon my limited understanding it seems like BEAS has a good possibility of doing well in the future and a reasonable chance of developing into a gorilla. Based upon that I too established a starter position last week.
I know everybody would be interested in your thoughts on BEAS.

Judith and Don: That was a combined HUNT/NETWORK report wasn't it. Terrific job
