Hi AD,

If I'm betting - I'm betting with Intel.

7.5 billion in technology upgrades should give you efficiency savings enough to put a world of hurt on AMD.

Betting on AMD is sort of like tugging on superman's cape.

I've been in and out of Intel over the years so I have a bias to them. I've been biassed against AMD and have been wrong. I'm surprised at their resiliency and have often thought a short would be appropriate - so I say that as I look out over the chunks of egg on my face.

Intel will be the first to benefit from 300 mm wafers and .13 micron products - how much those savings are no one knows quite yet.

I missed Intel at 23.50 - greedily hoping for 19's. I missed it and would love to ahve it back in my portfolio - but like the article said it looks a little rich at least compared to AMD.

I'm leary of there also being a good reason for the spread. BWDIK
