lifeisgood, you keep talking about " weak shorts " are covering. You could also say the smart shorts are history and the last shortie holding the bag will take a beating. When I short I don't hang around for the crumbs. Any unanticipated good news could send this stock flying.

You also write " I would add that when a stock falls below $10, many institutions begin dumping "....NEWS FLASH...they have been dumping JDSU for sometime now. Pick up any IBD or market publication and look at the major sells from funds.....JDSU is right up there and has been. Interesting... institutions are net buyers in the recent QTR and should have a low cost basis. I don't think JDSU will go to $5 but I do think we will see the 20's plus in the future...could be 6 months or a year but the leader will rise again. JMHO

>>>great post<<< for warning on the 'bottom' fishing for pos jdsu here..let me know why you think pos rbookie will run out of cash and we see a burger king...

rbak may look good for buyers and these buyers cant really pick em up in an auction block..they have more than tagged items.. they have key technology to expand broadband for major networkers,..

----
disclosure,,currently own no rbak shares till we see flat ones.
