Your use of the term "inner-city plantations" ... on two occasions now ... is more evidence that you are a racist. You should apologize to the board. You are correct that crime and education rank 1-2 in polls of urban residents. Which political party recently voted in Congress to cut back federal funds for community police assistance? The answer is the Republicans. Which political party called for more federal assistance to help fix our ailing schools? The answer is the Democrats. So perhaps the answer as to why the GOP has failed to attract minorities to its ranks lies with the issues, and not histrionics.
