That's a big deal with the NRA. Classes for children. Illinois has that too. The problem is that a kid who want's to go hunting or target shooting takes these courses, the gang banger who is just out to kill some one doesn't.

CG, All those with any sense, already know how to use them safely, and keep them completely away from their children. If they were to penalize every one for not taking proper care of themselves, and their families, most to the demo/libs in the the country would be in trouble with the law.
