Who knows when or by how much JDSU will rise. I'm certainly no expert on JDSU or the industry and I'm not a major long on JDSU either. In my view when you can pick up a market leader a low point in the industry you have more upside potential than downside risk. ( Cary - I'll save you from asking...I don't know if this is THE low point in the industry, just a general remark ). I decided to open a position on Friday and will add to it as the market (in my view ) dictates it. I fully understand we could go down a few dollars from here but I know CSCO reports on 8/7 and any optimistic comments "could" give us a pop. If they disappoint....we have already been hammered. It would suit me fine if JDSU goes to 6.50 next week because I'm a buyer. Fortunately I'm not one who has held this on the long way down.
