fpembleton, Frank, a search of the related news links plus a look at the stock price reaction to the news indicates this is at best a positive issue and at worst a non issue. Compare stock price to May 15 release: quote.yahoo.com remember it has a beta over 1 and reacts to the xau price. While I was interested in your FA view of CDE, most of what you mentioned is old news, what is important is what is unknowable, the undiscovered country, the future, tomorrow's news. No way FA can handle that and a point I was alluding to in my original linked post though, I wasn't very plain on that I admit. TA sentiment and the feel of the tape are the only weapons that give a hint on a stock in this position and even then the odds are not what one would call conservative. The lousy FA is why CDE is trading around a buck and not ten bucks like SIL (Apex) which has a better balance sheet but has not produced any metal yet that I know of. It's a bottom picker play, not for the faint of heart nor the slow of feet. I certainly am not recommending it to everyone or actually anyone. Just MHO and giving a near real time play by play on what I am doing which may be educational or entertaining for the thread. My best estimate on the possibilities are 20% downside vs 100% upside.
