I'm surprised that truck makers aren't lobbying to open up, but impose US safety regulations that would force Mexican truckers desiring to compete in the US to upgrade their fleets.

Who is Chandra?

Well, Steven, I assume you're pulling my leg here. I know that you get most of your news from international sources. Still, one wouldn't think that you could have missed this. On the off chance that yours is a straight question, I'll answer. Chandra Levy is an intern at the Bureau of Prisons who was having an affair with Congressman Condit (D-CA) and who went missing three months ago with much mystery and even more media attention.
