rails99,
Interesting point on the plumbing re silver. Guess I'll have to find out the percentage of silver in lead free solder and do some calculations, but I know I've got enough to do any necessary retro plumbing at my place, gg.

I agree silver will likely have some additional applications in the future and CDE is the best viable leveraged play I know of.

Don't know the all time low mortgage interest rate, but would be interested in knowing what it was and also in what they were during the Great Depression, though I believe they used balloon mortgages back then.

BTW,
If you feel left out at Idiotland in Silver City, ggg, PM me, I've got a hottie techie that looks great on the charts, no guarantees, but st trades on techs something I do on boring days on the "gold coast".

Best Regards,

Roebear

Morning again rails99,
Showing spot higher than futures for a bit here, maybe bad data, but POG sure is bouncing around overnight.

Does anyone else see this on their quotes?

Generally such volatility is a good sign, shows that Ole Yeller is conscious, is breathing and has a pulse.

woof woof
