08:06 ET Cisco Systems (CSCO) 19.06: -- Update -- Hearing from sources at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein that the firm downgraded CSCO to REDUCE from Hold and cut price target to $14 from $16; says that it has watched Cisco's absolute and relative valuation increase even as it has gathered evidence of a prolonged downturn in US and global IT spending.
