It does not take TA.
It takes nonsense.
Look at put call ratios for a trigger.
It seems someone here agrees with me.
BTW the only way in hell this thing breaks up is if Greenspan told some of his banker friends, in advance, of another surprise rate cut. If we get that I HOPE TO GOD IT BLOWS UP IN HIS FACE!
