I like the Cluetrain website, especially the photo of the possum.

I was particularly fascinated by the part in Lewis' book about the technology developed by Askme, which appears to be aimed at large corporations, and allows anyone to ask a question and anyone to answer it. So a guy who works in the mailroom would answer a question asked by the president.

I know everyone was annoyed by the commercials where the obnoxious red-haired kid, Stuart, gave patronizing investing advice to the boss, but I thought they were cool. I used to work with a guy who was as clueless as that, and I really rubbed it in. For example, I finally convinced him to get on-line, so he bought a computer that was internet-ready, and he tried to connect by himself, and finally had to ask me for advice. So I asked him whether he was sure the phone line was properly connected to the modem, and he said "phone line?" He didn't know that the modem needed to be connected. I swear to God.
