To anyone: this is a first for me. Today I offered to sell to open 6 KLAC Aug calls through my broker's website. Later I checked on order status, and the order was shown to be filled. An hour later, I checked again, and the order was shown as not filled. I went to the NASDAQ site and an identical order was shown as traded.

I phoned the broker about it, and they said that occasionally they get 'false reports' about options trades that have to be corrected later.

Of course, the way this looks is that something happened to cause the trade to be reported, a trade maybe, and then the market immediately went my way, and the position got taken away from me.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen. This is not good business, it's the kind of thing that would make account holders suspicious.
