You should be a politician. I'm not sure if I have just been insulted...<g> How's the house? Mine is a damn money pit. I can't pass a Home Depot without stopping! Well in the year that I have owned the house I have bought new carpet, had the interior repainted, bought some new plants for the front yard and bought a new heat pump. Total is about $5300. (But the carpet and the paint where known problems at the time of sale and I had an allowence for them. I need to buy some more furniture. Right now it is decorated in a style that has been called "early poverty". The living room chair cost nothing, and the couch I got for $10 worth of pizza. I need some bookshelves and some furniture for downstairs by the bar. I also want a big screen TV but that might have to wait another year. Tim
