Bush's popularity strategy is clear He's trying to be inclusive. He's appointed Gaddi Vaszuez to head the Peace Corp and Hector Barreta to head the SBA. Good moves.

Bush is agonizing over stemcell research because his right wing religious fanatics are emailing him to death threatening him with a no-vote in 2004. What he doesn't realize is that his own party will replace him with Cheney because Dick knows what he's doing and doesn't need coaching. Dick has spoken to the media plenty while Bush hides in Crawford and Camp David too scared to hold a press conference for fear that the public will find out he can't talk about anything without a teleprompter.
