If LVLT has over $8 billion in debt and a market cap of $1.5 billion. Exactly how much of the debt do you believe they can reduce through dilution?

I figure with the premium LVLT will have to pay the bond holders $700 million in debt reduction will cost share holders 50% dilution. I still wouldn't count on this saving LVLT.

Does anyone have a good grasp as to the details of LVLT's plan. From what I read a lot of smoke has been blown up every ones a$$ with no real details of an executable plan.
