I think that there is a much shorter limit for "carry forward losses", when I was involved with such thins (in th mid 80') , you had to take those credits within seven years they were 'created" or you lost them...Maybe we have an accountant in the house (I am not and the little I knew is quite outdated as far as corporate income tax is concerned).
