Of course. I'm sure you've noticed that Arik Sharon, who failed to prevent the Sabra and Shatila massacres, has been indicted, but Elie Hobeika, the Phalangist who actually ordered the massacres, has not been indicted for anything. He's alive and well and working for the Syrian Foreign Ministry, no problem to find him.

Silly me. I should know better. When Arabs massacre each other, there is no story. Does anyone remember Hama?

I am ambivalent about this whole conflict. I posted the article to attempt to illustrate how absurd world courts and international tribunals have become.
