Ability to lead 9. Slow to anger 10. Quick to forgive 11. Ability to communicate If you could take all the best qualities of Ronald Reagan and the best qualities of George H W Bush you would be close to perfection. Bill Clinton gets a score in #6 and #11, and precious little else.
