rails99, Guess we are the Rodney Dangerfields of the market with PM's, get no respect, ggg. Certainly wasn't a nice day yesterday, but in the long run it won't matter. Intereseting post on mortgage and real estate, I have seen much of what you mentioned, bait and switch on the rates so to speak. Don't know if it still goes on, haven't bought any RE for awhile. Been busy and will be busy most of the week, so going to have to leave it to the SD threadsters to keep me and the board up to date for a few days... Best of luck, Roebear
