Not everyone that reads this thread is looking to trade in and out.

No I was showing that there have been many stocks that have moved higher from the bottom of the market. The point being that there are always stocks to be bought that will out perform the averages. I sold all my stocks in June due to extended vacation, but did own some of those, and have bought back some of them. EXPE is another one, plug in a look at the chart. I don't own it now since I believe it's reached it's high. I was mainly talking to mish about puts and calls and skill level, and all the others that are frustrated from the lack of clear direction in the averages, not you bobby. The key to all that is frustration I'm reading about in post here and there on SI.
