Left wingers keep saying Bush is a poor communicator, but it is because they don't want to hear what he has to say. I disagree on #8. ability to lead. I think he's a fine leader. Just not like Bill Clinton, which is good. On #5 courageous he has only had to clean up Clinton's mess. There haven't been any tests of courage. On #2, I think you'll be surprised. I don't know what evidence you have to support your incorrect contention that he lacks wisdom, but you will be surprised. Even if I grant your points, he still scores better than Clinton.
