Thomas,

how can we read very much into current market share figures for such a nascent market?

That's the whole reason Moore advocates buying a basket of stocks. Even in the tornado stage, nothing is a slam dunk until the tornado finally propels one competitor far ahead of the other competitors. It's more and more rare that we can buy stocks of several pure-play competitors, especially in the enabling markets. Very often, as in the case of the ePS product category, there is only one pure play. That's why I advocate being ulta conservative before determining whether or not a tornado is underway. Even if it is underway, with only one opportunity to buy a pure play we're hoping against hope that if a Gorilla is selected it's the pure-play company.
