Since these facts apply to EVERYBODY, there really is no need to claim one's rights are diminished because of their (here, fill in the blank)______________________ status. Aren't they entitled to Freedom of Religion? It's in the Constitution and they're not excluded. Aren't they entitled to Freedom of Speech? It's in the Constitution and they're not excluded. Aren't they entitled to Freedom of the Press? It's in the Constitution and they're not excluded. Aren't they entitled to Freedom of Assembly? It's in the Constitution and they're not excluded.

You are not representative of the conservative right in the US which has decided what is right and wrong and what people should think and believe and how they should behave. If you can't see that so be it, I do and therefore I cannot support the position of the conservative right. It seems the majority of americans are also seeing the fallacy of this extreme position as demonstrated by the polls and political defections of the Republican Party
