Mike: you need to have an opinion about the likelihood of whether or not the darned thing will work. Of course - and you can get some feel for this from the behavior of the value chain and the competitors. The real potential is in the future tornados We hope. In 1999 when I invested, I couldn't use the behavior of the value chain to determine whether or not HDR will work because HDR wasn't a tested, working product. If you were following GG principles by the book, HDR wouldn't have been a deciding factor at that point. Had you recognized the boring old CDMA-moat, and the valuation, you might well have invested earlier (not following GGing principles). - Pirah
