Message 1481 of 1486 Reply Fraud Likely To Be Tossed!! croaker_frog 7/31/01 9:38 am I just read the docket update and this may be the break we were all hoping for. It looks to me like Payne is going to toss the DDR fraud charge and is asking Rambus if they think a new trial is needed to determine damages! Of course, Rambus will answer affirmatively and want a new trial on the damage issue. This should not take too long - but, MORE IMPORTANTLY, WE ARE GOING TO START SEEING SOME MOVEMENT TOWARD SETTLEMENT. I would be a buyer at these levels!!. JMHO>
