Although I am unfamiliar with the details, Intergraph's last suit seemed to me to be about as solid as Rambus's SDRAM patents. By contrast, this most recent suit seems to have some real teeth to it.

I need to read the suit in more detail, but the every suit has dealt with this alleged C5 "Clipper" chip that I'm not sure was ever even released. It still sounds like sour grapes to me.

If memory serves me, the first suit was dismissed only in part and at least 1 claim is still pending.

Dale, <Intergraph's last suit seemed to me to be about as solid as Rambus's SDRAM patents>

Wasn't Rambus found guilty of fraud?
