Josh, Demo/libs of today, consider themselves to be among the intellectual elite, and know what the people need better than the people. Therefore, what ever they do, honest, legal, or usually otherwise, is OK because the people are too stupid to think for themselves. If it takes voter fraud to get elected, which in their mind is the best thing for the people, it is justifiable. Laws, rules, and regulations, mean nothing to them.
