This is a reliquification and return to visibility rally. Semi equips only involved to the extent that a bunch of chip co's(intel, lsi etc) now have visibility back. Add to that some chatter about tax rebates and retail sales of electronic equip and voila, the long awaited summer rally. mike
PS add speculation on cisco earnings & guidance next week to that list

It does appear that KLAC has been moving up more than its peers here recently. Still, I think that any good forward looking commentary will send all the SCEs higher over the short-term.
